An HPL waste bin enclosure is extremely easy to maintain. The smooth, weather-resistant surface requires no post-treatment or painting. For cleaning, water with a mild detergent and a soft cloth are usually sufficient.
More stubborn dirt can be easily removed with a damp sponge – ensuring the surface remains permanently clean and color-stable.

Absolut. Der Korpus besteht aus 13mm starkem HPL (High Pressure Laminate), einem Material, das extrem witterungsbeständig, frostfest und UV-stabil ist. Zusammen mit den Beschlägen aus rostfreiem Edelstahl ist die Ladesäule für den dauerhaften Einsatz bei Wind und Wetter gemacht.
Welche Wallboxen passen in die Chargebox?

Wie wird die Ladesäule montiert?
Für einen sicheren Stand kann und sollte die Chargebox fest am Boden verankert werden. Die Stromzufuhr erfolgt unsichtbar und sauber durch einen speziellen Kabelauslass im Boden der Säule. So liegen keine Kabel im Weg und die Optik bleibt clean.
Kann ich E-Auto und E-Bike wirklich gleichzeitig laden?
Ja, das ist einer der großen Vorteile der Chargebox. Sie bietet genügend Platz und die Möglichkeit, neben Deinem Elektroauto auch Dein E-Bike oder Deinen E-Roller anzuschließen. So hast Du eine zentrale Energiestation für Deinen gesamten Fuhrpark.
Ist meine Wallbox in der Säule vor Diebstahl geschützt?
Ja. Die Chargebox ist komplett abschließbar. Das hochwertige Schloss sichert nicht nur Deine Wallbox vor Diebstahl, sondern verhindert auch, dass Unbefugte Strom zapfen oder an der Technik hantieren.
Brauche ich ein Fundament für die Ladesäule?
Ja, für einen sicheren Stand der Chargebox empfehlen wir ein kleines Betonfundament. Dies gewährleistet, dass die Säule auch bei Wind und Wetter stabil steht und fest im Boden verankert werden kann. Alternativ ist eine Montage auf bereits vorhandenen, festen Untergründen wie einer gepflasterten Fläche oder einer Betonplatte möglich, sofern diese das Gewicht und die Hebelwirkung tragen können.
Welches Erdkabel muss ich zur Ladesäule verlegen?
In der Regel wird ein 5-adriges Starkstromkabel benötigt (zum Beispiel NYY-J 5x6 mm² oder stärker, je nach Leitungslänge und Ladeleistung). Da der Kabelquerschnitt von der Entfernung zum Verteilerkasten abhängt, sollte dies vorab mit deinem Elektriker geklärt werden. Die Chargebox verfügt über einen speziellen Bodenauslass, durch den dieses Kabel unsichtbar ins Innere geführt wird.
Muss ich meine private Ladesäule anmelden?
Ja, in Deutschland gilt: Jede Ladeeinrichtung muss beim örtlichen Netzbetreiber angemeldet werden. Wallboxen mit einer Leistung bis 11 kW sind lediglich meldepflichtig. Stärkere Ladestationen mit 22 kW sind genehmigungspflichtig – hier muss der Netzbetreiber vor der Installation zustimmen. Die Chargebox ist für beide Varianten geeignet.
Darf ich die Ladesäule selbst installieren?
Die mechanische Montage, also das Aufstellen und Verschrauben der Chargebox auf dem Fundament, kannst du problemlos selbst übernehmen. Der elektrische Anschluss der Wallbox im Inneren der Säule sowie die Abnahme müssen jedoch zwingend durch einen qualifizierten Elektro-Fachbetrieb erfolgen. Dies dient deiner Sicherheit und ist für den Versicherungsschutz notwendig.
Kann die Ladesäule im Winter draußen bleiben?
Definitiv. Die Chargebox ist speziell für den ganzjährigen Außeneinsatz konzipiert. Das verwendete 13mm HPL-Material wird auch im Fassadenbau eingesetzt und ist extrem frost-, hitze- und UV-beständig. Zusammen mit den rostfreien Edelstahl-Komponenten ist deine Technik im Winter sicher geschützt.
Wie schütze ich meine Wallbox vor Diebstahl und Fremdnutzung?
Das ist einer der Hauptvorteile der Chargebox. Da die Wallbox im Inneren der Säule montiert wird und die Tür über ein hochwertiges Schloss verfügt, ist die Ladestation komplett vor Diebstahl gesichert. Gleichzeitig wird verhindert, dass Unbefugte (zum Beispiel in einer offenen Einfahrt) dein Stromkabel nutzen können.
